HR policies of AO Izhora Pipe Mill (ITZ) aim primarily to create a comfortable working environment and continuing professional development.
Key elements of HR policies are:

· systematic approach to development of employees’ skills, abilities and leadership capacity;

· guaranteed respect for social and labor rights of employees according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the Collective Agreement;
· reward for professional competence, efficiency and commitment of each employee.
We are always looking for both experienced and skilled workers and young professionals. ITZ uses a phased recruitment process which ensures successful professional and social adaptation of new employees.
ITZ attaches great importance to health and medical care of the staff. In 2007, a 24−hour satellite clinic was opened on the corporate premises. Since 2009, the company finances voluntary insurance program (VIP) for employees.
Particular importance is given to housing issues. ITZ has implemented a housing program, under which it provides corporate accommodation to employees and their families.
Collective employment agreement provides additional employer's obligations.
ITZ provides youth engagement program which helps to retain young employees and realize their potential in career. Trade union committee of the company is actively involved in the program. The company holds an annual ceremony of admission to young metallurgists.
Another good tradition is participation in local cultural and sport events, corporate parties and sport events.
